As of this moment I am cancer free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A huge load off my mind. Now to get over the sticker shock of the price of Celebrex, not that I will be taking them at that price. To bad there is not a generic. Sadly I know Celebrex works it was easy to take when I had insurance but now that I don’t have insurance…..sigh.
But on the other hand, my heart rate is stable for now.
just had to shout.

congrats on your news! I have some info that may help you – a few years ago I did not have insurance, but needed my medications. A lot of the drug manufacturers have programs that you can get what you need at no cost. I don’t remember the link, but if you Google it you’ll find it. Of course there’s paperwork involved for you and your doctor, but in the end it’s a great feeling to know that you have what you need. The other thing you can do is ask your doctor for samples. Drug reps leave tons of samples for doctors, and most of them will help you out if you ask, especially if you don’t have insurance.

Praise the Lord for your good news. Regarding the Celebrex, contact the pharmasudical company…many of them are now offering families struggling financially with aid to get their prescriptions at low cost or no cost.
